PRODUCTION & TRANSIT TIME

All of our products are handcrafted in Media, Pennsylvania and are truly worth the wait! Please refer to the processing times listed below:

Production Method Processing Time

Personalized	5 - 8 business days
Sneaker Favor Boxes	5 - 8 business days
Custom-made/Large Quantity	20 - 22 business days*

*The production time for custom-made-to-order pieces, including large order quantities, may vary during peak seasons.

Upon completion of the processing and shipment of your order, the transit times specified below come into effect:

USPS Standard	3-5 business days
USPS Priority	2-3 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air	1-2 business days
USPS International	10-20 business days*
USPS International (Canada)	5-15 business days*

Processing Time + Transit Time = Estimated Arrival Date

*International transit times may vary due to customs clearance and other factors beyond our control.

Where does Modrn Bliss Creations Ship?

We ship to all US states and currently ship internationally. Please allow an additional week of shipping as items can be held up in custom when shipping internationally. We are not responsible for the reimbursement of any fees assessed at the time of delivery.

What if I accidentally put the wrong ship to address?

Please email us at modrnblisscreations@gmail.com with your order number and correct shipping address. If we are notified prior to shipping the package we will update the shipping information. Once a package is sent out, it can take approximately 2 weeks to be sent back to our office. Once received, we will contact you for a new shipping address as well as payment information to reship your order.

Shipments that are ‘returned to sender’ or undeliverable are subject to additional shipping and handling costs.

What if my package comes damaged?

If your package is delivered damaged please email us at modrnblisscreations@gmail.com. Please send photos of your damaged product to determine next steps.
